BIG trouble!!! My Radeon 9700 Pro is not booting up!!

Man...... for the love of...... I am so stressed about my video card, I don't know why all the sudden, it stopped working. Here is what happened:

Last night, I was trying to fix my friend's computer by connecting her hard drive to my computer, so I can see what files are in the hard drive, and if there's anything that she needs to back up or not, so after I checked out the hard drive, I put the hard drive back to her machine, and went onto fixing her computer. (Which is the last time that I see my video card working...)

Because when I try to turn on computer today, my 9700 pro is giving me those bios warning screen about not having enough power for the video card, please make sure the power is connected to video card,( I am sure people here know what I am talking about) with that annoying beeping sound from pc speaker.

so here is my question:
Anyone know why in the world this would happen?? and if so, can I fix it? I already tried the other floppy connector, and I also unplugged everything, no hard drives or cd roms, only some fans and that floppy connector to the video card, still giving me the error boot up screen. By the way, my power supply is Antec TruePower 430W, and I know this is not the problem since my computer was working plus I was able to power up my 9700 pro previously with my Antec 250W!!

One thing that I tried which worried me a little is that I put in the Radeon 7000, and then my computer booted fine without the warning dialog for power thingy.. So does that mean my video card's power connector is messed up?????...... DON"T tell me that's what happened..... NO!!!!~~~~~~~

Help me plz

If it will work with the older power supply but not the new one:
use the 430watter and plug up a different cable to the vid card. The one cable may be shot
