I am looking to buy a 9800 Pro, but can't decide on Powercolour or Sapphire. Any opinions?

Newegg has the 128mb Sapphire 9800 pro for $224 OEM and $227 retail. I'd go with that.

No software? I'm seeing that it comes with Return to Castle Wolfenstein, Soldier of Fortune 2, and PowerDVD.

I dont know if you guys can get the GeXcube brand, but these are the same as the reference cards but with slightly faster memory 400/700 and these are cheaper as well. I have just ordered one of these and am getting it early next week

Well it really depends if you want the bundle or not (or if you like it).
I have a Sapphire 9600 Pro and it performs very good.
I think Sapphire has close ties with Ati so their cards end up being exceptionally well but Powercolor produces very good cards also so, it all depends if you want the bundle or not. The prices are similar also so...

Hey eagle1 long time no see , how's everything going? athlonxpguy it all depends in the bundled software, but you should also get a little more research before deciding since some companies use better/faster RAM on their cards. This is true for NVIDIA cards, I don't now if it also applies to ATI since I haven't owned one of those.

I believe Sapphire makes all the cards and then they are distubuted to the various manufacturers for any additional bits, packaging, software, etc

This is why all the cards preform pretty much the same and all look the same.

I got a Powercolor 9700 pro myself. Both companies make great cards. Check out warrenties, see if one company has a longer one. If you like those games, the powercolor looks to be yours.
