Systems Power Supply Fan broken

My computer shuts off after 10 minutes, i went behind it and looked at the power supply fan, and found out when my computer was turned on the fan was not moving, i tapped it with a small stick and began spinning. But later in the day my computer shut off, so i tried it again, but this time the fan wont start up, it just stays stuck and after ten minutes the computer just shuts off. I have already blown an air can on it but this did not help much. I am pretty sure it is the power supply fan, it is the big fan in a big metal box attached to the case. How hard is it to replace a power supply fan? How much would it be.

Computer stats:
AMD 1.4 gig

512 DDR

64MB DDR Video card

No idea what kind of case i have, maybe antec??

Thats about all the info i can give about my computer.

you can i open up the supply and replace the fan , it isn't that hard to do just be carefull not to go fishing around in it . even unpluged some of the caps in there can still hold a charge and give ya a shock . or you can simply replace the power supply . HERE is one that is a good budget supply . Here is a review for it .

It is not that hard to do. I've had to do it. Find the two powerlines to the fan. Be sure to leave enough wire so u can splice the new fan in.

Just becarefull u don't shock yourself, keep away from the caps and uplug the power supply first.
