Moving Desktops?

I want to know if I can get a wallpaper that has motion in it instead if still. I saw a site where you can add water effects but you have to pay for it. Is there anywhere I can get a desktop wallpaper that moves? Not a screensaver!

TY

if you know flash and HTMl, you could build yourself one doing anything you want it to. your background can be a HTML page... somthing good to keep in mnd, even if you found a picture online that moves, you can use that to, you just gotta put it in a HTMl page.
