ok, every time my girlfriend goes online (dialup) her computer (dell, dont know the model) decides it wants to make a pretty bsod. OS is win ME

any prelim ideas besides upgrading (or downgrading) windows or reformatting?

This would be a real real long shot but how much memor does she have, it may require more.

The longest shot I can think of right now would be to update Windows ME.
