SPybot problems

ok i have spybot been running it for a while now. all of a sudden when i go to update it wont download the updates the system just freezes. i tried manual downloading but it doesnt seem to detect what i got i also tried uninstalling and reinstalling still nothing. what should i do/?

I had the same problem with Spybot when I tried to update it this morning. I checked all the update options and then just let it sit there. It FINALLY connected and downloaded the updates. It might take several minutes before it starts downloading anything.

Same problem I have.

Try Ad-aware until you get it fixed.

Ad-aware finds things that spybot dosen't anyway.

and spybot finds things that ad-ware doesnt so its a win - win situation

i have had this problem too with spybot and i think its because the update server is not responding. try back in a while.

i tried to go to Spybot site and it seems to be down right now

Droppyale is correct. One of the sites for download will usually work. EON (aussie) site always works for me.
