A7N8X-E vs. A7N8X ??

So I'm guessing the A7N8X-E Deluxe is better than the A7N8X Deluxe because it's newer and has some more features, right?

Is there any drawbacks from the "E" version?

I haven't used E before, just regular, x, and deluxe. I know that X is just rev 2 of the regular, but nothing about E

I have the A7N8X Deluxe and it's an excelent motherboard. I have heard several commnets about the A7N8x-E Deluxe is not very good at overclocking but if you want the features at stock speeds it should be fine.

The E version I believe has a integrated gigabyte 10/100/1000 nic, I believe thats the difference....

I have the Deluxe version and it's been a very good and reliable mainboard

Has anyone else heard if the A7N8X-E Deluxe is not a good overclocker? Is the non E deluxe a better board for OCing? I'm getting ready to order one of these boards today so if you have heard anything, please speak up soon.

Thanks
