Portscan with the same IP as me???
Hi ya all!

I have a sirious problem...i just installed Norton Personal firewall 2003 and get intruder alerts all the time. 90% of the times it says that its my own IP thats the intruder. Whats up with that?

Anyone?

it sounds like you are perhaps mistaking your own program access alerts & intrepretating them as those from a suspected intruder.

try running "adaware 6". Update it first, then run it...

www.lavasoftusa.com look for the free one...its just called adaware, not adaware pro etc

ad-aware is not a trojan remover or detector.

try TDS from diamondcs or the Cleaner from moosoft. also good is tauscan from agnitum.
