network analyzer

Does anyone know of a freeware network analyzer. Maybe a little better than tracert. I just want to check where I have a bottle neck on my network.

Visual Route works well tracing internet sites, but I'm not sure how well it would work on a LAN. It's free for 30 days, though. There's a few other handy tools on that site, too.
