I'm planning a small (8 people) LAN party for next month. I'll be using the den downstairs as a base of operations, wich is an L-shaped Room of about 400sq feet. Here's my question. I want to use a fogger to help set the 'theme' for this party. Will these devices harm the computers?
I originally consitered dry ice to use, but I reconsitered after I learned how much of the stuff you'd have to use to fog up an area that big. That and also we'd have to keep the pets out of the area due to the CO2 and ventelate the area before crashing on the very floor I'm trying to fog. Also, dry ice and water make carbonic acid, which isn't dangerous to humans (it's used in coke), but I'm woried about the effects it may have on electronics. Very woried, since our tower cases with side fans will probably rest on the floor.
So now it looks like I'll be getting an inexpensive glycerol/water fogger off ebay (about $20-$40, not counting the fog fuel). These are what I want to know about. I don't want to spend over $50 on this (I can, but I don't want to, and anything over $800 is out of the question), since I wouldn't use this often anyway. I'd probably also make my own fog chiller, as explained here (I've got many of the suplies, so that will save some $$$):

If any of you have worked with these devices before, any advice for the fog newbie? Anythign I should be aware of? (correct temprature, cool effects, ways to make the fog look good, etc)
