Heya fellas......
I have a nagger here, cant get the ide raid to work on my board. I added the driver (got the latest from soyo's site) durring xp setup, but after the initial reboot on the install the system hangs at verifying dmi pool data. I have already configured the array as 00 set the boot drive etc, and all the bios settings are right to boot from the scssi controller. I am pulling my hair out here
I have tried clearing the cmos, stripping down the pc to one stick of ram and a floppy and agp card....etc. no go. I am not sure the raid driver is correct, the manual calls for one name, the website another.
i have the board up on a regular ide drive at the moment (master on ide1) but for the life of me I cannot get xp pro to install on my raid.....
I emailed soyo support, been ten days and no reply. If anyone has a solution or a tip to get me pointed in the right direction I shur would appreciate it,
