Do a google on "anonymizing proxy" or "anonymizer" and see what software comes up. I've never tried this sort of thing, so can't really help with specifics, but it's kind of a pass-through hosting service, so you'll need to have a webserver to start with I would think.

Cheers
Mick

just read the FAQ page and it gives instructions on setup...

unless by setting up you mean running your own service then you'd need to have a server setup with SSL and some type of program that deletes users tracks. I'm reading the site to try to understand how they plan on deleting tracks

BTW there is no such thing as totally anonomous surfing

Yeah, but that's to use their service, I think.

I think U_S wants to RUN an anonymizer proxy service himself. Am I right?

Cheers
Mick

yeah I noticed that thus the quick edit

http://www.anonymizer.com/

sorry thats the wrong link thats not the actual software

I think this might be it
http://www.anonymous-surfing.net/

if not you need to google proxy software and look for something simliar to setup on your server

dunno exactly why you'd want to run a site such as that it looks like it would led to some serious hassles

One thing to consider.

This is absolutely forbidden with 99.9% of the shared hosting providers out there. (and I wouldn't use one that was so lax as to allow it)

You could run it from dedicated server (maybe, some may still not allow this), or from your home (which probably defeats the purpose).
