Kids Logitech messed up???

Ok, I recently RMA'd my Logitech Z-560's. They were out of stock when I ordered the new se. Ok...I can wait... Just 3 days ago I get a set of speakers from logitech. Excited, I opened it up to find a set of Z-5300, an analog 5.1 system with half the power and a smaller sub...

Should I keep these or contact logitech and see what they can do?
Thanks!

They are not what you bought, nor are they what you RMA'd.

I'd call Logitech back.

Call Logitech and DEMAND they send you a pair of 560's. If they want those back, make them pay shipping.

I called and I talked to a nicce tech guy. He said that they're replacing the Z-560's with the Z-5300's. I asked if I could get any Z-560's..."Nope," he said. I asked if there was anyone else I could talk to...."Nope"....I asked why I wasnt contacted with the product change..."Uhhh, I am sorry for that sir"...

What should I do? Call again? IS there anything I can do?
I WANT MY Z-560's! :O

Have you listened to the 5300's yet? Do they definetely sound worse than the 560's?

Just because they are lower wattage doesn't necessarily mean that they sound worse. It could actually be a higher current/less wattage setup.

Other than that, I don't see what else you can do other than demand a refund?

This is one of the dumbest things I've heard to date. If Logitech won't give you what you paid for, then maybe they will respond to a call to the BBB. It's not what you paid for, they didn't reserve the right to replace them with a different product, so they can't do it.

Man, I feel so bad for you. Koss and Sony do the same thing. Send a Koss KSC-35 back, get a KSC-50. Send a Sony V6 back, get the infinitely crappier V600 back. I hate companies that do that.

Here's the deal...I have them setup. They told me to listen first. I did and I can tell a HUGE difference between the two. Should I call again or contact the BBB?
What is the general way of getting through this?
