Yes Tivo can even tell how many times you replayed Janets Breast !!

If you only subscribe to their basic service they reserve the right to Spy on you even more without the option to Opt out of "Personally Identifiable Viewing Information from that TiVo DVR" !!!

And some people worry about Microsoft!!

I don't have one myself, but it would be nice for them NOT to know how many times I replayed not only the boob scene, but the part in Hackers where that one ugly chick is, um, "assisting" the other guy yeah that's it, and her shirt is open.
