Glass and a glare photshop?

I have a pic of a computer case with a window but it does not have glass in it. I made some stuff inside the case with layers. I would like it to make it look like there was glass in the window with a glare. Photoshop 7

What's all this "OuT" nonsense? Just cause I can't remove the glare from a reflector doesn't mean I can't add flare to a case!
