Outdoors Quickbooks problem
Hey yall, long time.

Anyway, I have a .QBB file, whick is the backup, that I recovered from a formatted HD that QB Pro 99 does not recognize as "Disk 1". Is there any way to make this data available? I think (hope) that the data itself is Ok, but QB will not read it. Whaddaya think?

You may have better luck restoring the file in a newer version of QB. The newer version have better utilities to help you restore damaged files from older versions.


However if you still don't succeed you can send the file to Intuit and they will try their best to restore it for you. It's not a free service though.

You can probably order a free trial from quickbooks.com
