Work AVI to MPEG (PAL)
ummmmmmmm. i need help. well i have alot of video clips from the internt. i want to convert then into VCD files in PAL format.

Can sum1 help me with a simple method or software!

Essentially, you need to use TMPGenc to re-encode the source material to the MPEG-1 format (VCD). Be sure to also closely read the guides on changing frame rates between NTSC and PAL.
