Kids Testing Cooling Fans

Is there any way of testing internal, cpu & exaust fans coz I've been haveing some over heating issues and the above fans dont seem to work the only fan that works is the psu fan, if there is a way to test them can someone please post the answer,

you say test in which you mean to see if they are working? I found it is best to have front and side fans pulling in cool air and the back and top(blow-hole if equipped) blowing out to remove the hot air. Make sure you don't have the case closed in a cabinet or to close to the wall to let the fans do there job.

take out the PSU from the pc and connect all your fans to the 12V connector.. and see if they are all working fine. by the way, you need to put a jumper wire on the green and black wire of the atx connector of the PSU to turn on the PSU.
