Tools/Utilities?

What tools/utilities do you take out on a service call?

I'm trying to put together a tool kit that includes all necessary tools and utilies that I may need to perform various computer/network repairs.

So far I have:

- Screwdrivers (various sizes)
- Small flashlight
- Pliers (two types)
- Extra Cat5 cable
- Extra cables of various sorts
- Various gender changers / adapters
- Extra video card (PCI & AGP)
- Extra NIC & Modem

- MS Office Suites
- MS OSes (95,98,Me,NT,2000,XP)
- Linux OSes
- Anti-virus SW
- Most any other commercial software (Macromedia, Norton, MS, etc...)
- Various Drivers
- Various boot disks

What else should I have?
What kind of diagnostic tools/utilities do I need?

I want to make sure that I am ready for anything that could arise!

Thanks

Either Knoppix or Mandrake Move
It is Linux that boots and runs from the cd. It allows you to check a machines stability or access files without an OS on the HD.
Extra CD-rom audio cable, I always pull these apart trying to remove them.
If you have some, extra ram modules. One of each kind.
