HELP!! RADEON 9700 PRO PROBLEM!! HELP!!

Ok, u might have read my DirectX 9.0 problem thread before, but now i found out that its not my DirectX, its my video card. I ran 3Dmark2001SE and everythings pretty fine for the first 2 levels, then the third level (the one with the dragon), it just stops somewhere between the start and finish. Then my computer automatically restarts and then Windows says something like "Radeon 9700 Pro was responsible for this system instability"
ok, well i posted this problem in another forum, and someone suggested me to turn off my VPU Recover thing, and i did, but i still got the same thing, it just stops. Will somebody please help me??
