Better Fan configuration?

I have two casefans in my case. One in the middle of the left side and one in the back right next to the HSF. Right now I have the side fan sucking air into the case and the rear fan blowing it out. Is it better to have the airflow the other way around or is this the best way?

What's better is to add a fan in the front blowing in. That way the air flows from front to back.

Well since my case had the fan in the side from the start, that isn't really an option.

That usually is how they are setup, blowing in the front, exhausting it out the back, and the side one and if a top fan exist they usually exhaust as well.
I however found it works better in most situations to have the fan blowing in on the side.

Well then I should add another blue led fan in the front and I'm all set. Heheh. Except it's rather loud.
