Answering Machine Program

I have a customer who wants to start a home based business. She wants to purchase 2 computers from me and place a answering machine program on each one. She's not really sure what type of program she wants to use, but she will be recording Doctors, Lawyers, or other professional people's answering machine calls. I don't know much about this or where to find such a program. Any help?

Used to be many modems came with a Bitware cd. It contained a program to run voice mail boxes. I think up to 99 boxes.
