Best FREE Pop-up Blocker?

I recently had to uninstall Norton from my machine, and since it had a Pop-up blocker I have never used another program for this. I dont know which one is the best out there, free version and I need one since I am getting sick of all the poping windows.

Honestly, best idea would be to use another browser like opera or mozilla, both come with thier pop up blockers and have a control to allow pop up's on selected sites if you choose.
However if you want to stay with IE, then there honestly as long as it works, then that is what matters, because your just stopping pop up's, if it fails then it's no good imo.
But if your after features like those browsers have with allowing pop up's like for here for maybe a new pm,

Try one of those.
However this one is one i've used and enjoyed till i finally switched from IE.

Works great and it's free, can't beat that imo. It has plenty of control over what is allowed and what isnt.

Lets say I switch to Mozilla.
I would want to know how to delete Internet Explorer, since I wont be needing two browsers. The problem is I have heard that if you delete IE it can cause major issues with the OS (I have Windows XP Professional) but I would still give it a try. Mozilla would be my choice, didnt thought of it before, thanks for refreshing my mind.

I deleted IE from the Add/Remove section, but my concerns are that it doesnt take any space (sais its 0.0MB in size) and it deletes the icons, but does it delete the browser from the OS completely? Help

Have already tried the Google Toolbar, its simple and works, but some pop-ups still pass it, and its annoying that it counts how many pop-ups it has blocked since ti was installed. Installed Mozilla and it works great, as said I deleted IE from the Add/Reomve section and all the icons are gone, now is it really gone? Or is it still there? Mozilla is great, wont go back now.

You can't delete IE from your computer. Microsoft Windows wont let you.

You might want to try MyIE2. It has a built in ad-blocker. I am using it right now, and it works great!
