copyrighting cd-r's

Hi. I was wondering if there was a way to make a CD made by myself (just some pictures and home videos) so that it's not able to transfer to another computer. It must be only accessed being viewed and opened through the CD. So Is there any program to make my CD-R's able to do this? I currentyl use Nero 5.5 right now to burn CD's. Thanks.

LOL...you're searching for the holy grail, chum.

software companies (games, apps, etc) and the music industry have been trying to figure out a fool-proof way to prevent copying. you could shell out some major bucks for the latest anti-copying scheme only to find out in a few months that some hackers cracked it.

[edit] bottom-line...if you don't want people to copy or distribute the cd, DON'T give it to them.

try encrypting it where only you have the key. that won't work for mass distribution because the key can't be kept secure.

The nomenclature is copy protection, not copyright. Copy protection is something to physically stop people from making a copy of something. Copy right is a legal concept involving the ownership of works.
