ATI 9800 AIW problem

I've read throught the ATI site and I understand that the Guide Plus+ isn't compatible with cable boxs. But when I plug the cable directly into the card, I only get a small portion of the channels I pay for (I have Adelphia Digital with nearly 500 total channels). ANd when I plug in with the cable box, many of the features are unavailable.

It seems the Guide Plus+ is a waste of time and money if it does no good with most stations. Is there anything I can do?

Thanks.

Guide plus is just the tv listings. You should be able to download all the listing for your zip code.
The tv tuner is limited to 125 channels.

125 channels? Bummer. My listing literally goes to 999 with my favorite station in the 200 + range.
