Using Outlook express 6. When I give it all my information at the intial start up. It works and no problem. But when I turn off the computer and go to use outlook the next time it wants to configure all over again and made my original account disappear. Anyone else have this problem or have any suggestions? Thanks.
you must set one or the other as the default orthe one you will use primarily. Also set them both to leave the mail on the server or you will have to jump back an forth to keep up with your mail.
Same holds true with two different pcs. If you don't leave it on the server once it is read on any pc that is where it is kept and has to be physically moved to be read on another pc.
Hi, Gee and you thought I was an ignoramus! Seems my sister who was the one I was asking the question for didn't seem to click on the default internet connection. Apparently that was enough to make all the info vanish! Thanks!
