I'm in need of an image board.. For my website. I'm looking for it to be PHP if possible, but if you have any clue where I can get one in any other language that's fine with me too. I looked for a while on hotscripts.com and I couldn't find anything like what I'm looking for..
So, here is an example of what I need:
*NOTICE: I in no way shape or form have any connection with this site. This is simply used as an example.. I searched on google.com for a good hour or so looking for a good example and this is pretty much what I came up with. It looks to be clean of nudity, and it is in Korean so I don't think any of the words will bother anyone.. But if you are at work I would suggest skipping it just incase.

So the things I want would just be the ability to post images with a description, and give users the ability to add comments. Also it would be nice if it had an admin area for deleting/modifying posts as needed to keep things in line.
Things that would be great, but aren't required:
Allows user register an account
User avatars
Etc.
Basically, more options is always better, but anything would work for me really.

I know this is probably a hard request to make since most of the image boards like this are on Korean/Chinese/Japanese sites.
