I just signed up, so I can not give any review yet, but it sounds good.

I went ahead and signed up for this. Looks different and even made CNN today. Just wondering if it will work. It is the Gov't after all.

Looks like these will cover security patches and such also.

CERT is usually pretty prompt, but since their mission is pretty much reactive, most people find out too late anyway. All I can say is, get a NAT router.
