I use Windowblinds. Free to try the limited edition, and only $19.95 to move up to the fuller version. A lot of user made skins out there. I collect a lot of wallpaper from the net and from scans I make myself. Match these with a good Windowblinds skin, some sound clips and icons, and you have a theme. Maybe not for everybody, but works for me

I recently checked out the Lightstars link above and tried some of their themes. They also linked to another site. Portal something?? The themes worked, and I did like them. Some of them had some nasty sypware, which I noticed immediately with the popups I started to get right away. Ran my suite of spyware and adware, which got rid of them. E-Zula was all over my system, and I had to run spybot twice on boot-up to get rid of it. I guess that's the new danger in freeware apps these days. I feel for users who don't understand the spyware problem and lack the applications to get rid of it. I dislike self-installing apps as much as I dislike spam.

WindowBlinds gave a "nag" screen on startup. You either pressed "continue" or "upgrade". Nothing else.
