activesync partnership

i need to create a new partnership between my computer (windows xp, activesync 3.7.1) and my pocket pc (ipaq 3955, windows 2002 with 1.11 bios)

the problem is that the partnership wizard wont popup. is there any way to make it popup?

I think it will repop if you reset your pda, or remove everything related to activesync.

I've spent countless hours banging my head in the wall with activesync/ipaq. It just plain sucks

thats the problem. i have soft reset and hart reset and just about everything except throw my pocket pc. and on my computer i have uninstalled and reinstalled activesync 3.1,3.5,3.7.1.....etc...

it just wont pop up anymore...
