Ram compatible with my pc?

I just bought some crucial 512mb pc2100 ram online, for my system, which currently has 256. Everythings all good and fine, and then Im just browsing through crucial.com, and it has a memory selector, where u enter ure compu. model and make and it gives u the kind of memory that will work in it. Well, this is after I ordered the other memory. And the one I ordered, and the one crucial reccomends are two differnt model numbers . So, then I pulled up the model number of the one I ordered, and compared the sites side by side, and they are idenical under the specs.

BTW: When I said everythings all good and fine, I meant with the transaction on the ram I just bought. Not my pc. I do far more than just printing letters

Well, thanks for all of your great help guys. . I just pulled up crucial's live help online, and asked three different people if theres anything differnernt between the two, Nope.
