Prince of Persia 3D & WinXP problems

Hi,

I just bought on ebay 'Prince of Persia 3D' and it won't install on WinXP. Tried searching web and found out that it needs a patch and latest graphics drivers. I did both: downloaded and installed POP3D patch and latest nVidia nForce2 drivers ver.3.13.

Didn't help.
Anybody knows what else can I do? Any advice? Anybody has similar problem?

I have Shuttle nForce 2 IGP motherboard (MN31N).

Yes, it gives me an error when trying to start the program (after installation). It asks if I want to send it to Microsoft. I choose No. I don't see much help from them. But it's a very lengthy list of codes...

nforce2 drivers are not graphics drivers, they're the mobo chipset drivers.

If you have nvidia card, get the detonator drivers. They're graphics drivers.

Well, nForce drivers are graphics drivers as well. The package includes graphics drivers too. Sometimes they are not as uptodate as separate nVidia graphics (detonator) drivers, but I've tried that too. Didn't help. The problem is in something else

Anyway, please keep suggesting. Maybe I find my solution.

I don't have separate graphics card. It's in the chipset.

It seems to have gf4mx integrated. Get the detonator drivers...

Yes it is integrated (IGP motherboard)! I already said that, but detonator drivers didn't help!

Well why didn't you say it was gf4mx that was integrated, and that you have already tried detonator drivers.
