you should go to Winamp and read their FAQs about the tv feature. usually, if you need to dl some software, it'll tell you (like a languag pack, etc) and offer to direct your browser to the proper location for dl.
I know there are a few internet tv stations which don't function properly due to too many connections. I'd just stay with the music, imo.

The internet TV thing on Winamp is great! Totally awesome. You're missing out if you're ignoring it.

For me the only time it doesn't work is when it says [SERVER FULL], otherwise all the stations view just fine. You must be missing some codecs would be my only guess.

Be sure to check out some of the channels that aren't labeled, sometimes there's cool stuff there.

btw, I didn't need to dl anything. It's just works fine.

hmm...well I'm going to check it out then. I've just ignored it and have been content with listening to the "Scanner" and "Trance" channels.

So why would you respond to this post?

Considering most any video player is just going to use your DivX codec to decode and display the video, then the quality is going to be the same. Probably identical.

Does ATI Divx player do Internet TV? or Internet radio (5,000+ stations)? Didn't think so.

Nobody is saying you should use Winamp for viewing all your Divx files. Personally I use WMP 6.4.
