big harddrive problems

Does windows 2000 also need that service pack update to view over 120gb harddrives like xp does? If it does, does anyone know if sp2 or sp3 would work? Thanks.

If XP needed it then I think it's very safe to say that 2000 does too.

SP4 is what's current of Win2k. I'd just load that if it were me.

you need at least sp3....the fix was part of that release.

Ok now i still can't get it to show as 250gb harddrive. What i did was when i installed the OS, i made a 10gb partiton and then installed windows 2000. After finally getting into windows, i installed partition magic 8 and saw the other part of the "250gb" drive, but it only shows up as 121gb for the other part where it's supposed to be 240gb or so since i made a 10gb partition in the windows setup thing. Any suggestions? I'm on sp4 right now.
