COLOR PROBLEM
Requesting assistance re printing problem. (windows 98)
I have lost color on the printer, and the B&W is very faint.I have gone the start,settings, printer route but I fail to find any
screen including the color box. How do I recover color? HELP.

Usually by replacing the ink cartridge

Yup. It sounds like you need new printer cartridges.
