After installing the adapter and getting it connected to my wireless network, everything seems fine. Then i did a restart, everything seems perfect too. But after doing another restart my computer die on me. It won't bootup not even to the window XP bar. The cd-rom, power and hardisk light is on but it just won't boot up.

Initially I thought the card is not working then i made a replacement for it
then i install it and it seems to be working.. then i did 2 restart and my com die on me.

I think most likely is the card. If it's the card problem then how do i make everything ok?

please advice...

PS: don't wanna waste the card it brand new

return the card it might be bad exchange it for a new one if it still dont work call the maker of the card but all thell tell you is to reseat everthing on the board and if it dont work then they will the tell you to call the mobo peeps and they will tell you to do the same thing and it wont work so the they will tell you to exchange your card in which you already have done so basicaly what im sayin is go with a diff brand and before you install it go into cmos and tell it its a pci card wireless if it give you the option and install everything on the disk they gave u before you put the card in

Hope this helped
