Need opinions on my site...

This is an ongoing PHP project, my own personal site. I know some of the categories are missing, I will fill those in later. Any thoughts? Feel free to sign my guestbook, it's brand new

Not a bad site at all, it's got a good ammount of content to start out with, it's compliant mozilla and it looks ok, and is fairly easy to navigate.
Fairly easy to read text as well.

Nothing really exciting about it tho, however if your interested in sharing pictures and files through your website to family and friends, then it should work out well.
However it is a pretty nice site, besides that it looks like you are very talented with electronics, you could certainly turn that into a career down the road.

well from what I get as soon as you navigate to a page ie"ELECTRONICS" you get nothing but a blank page on the "frame" and you navigate from there its still the same till you get to the final page that you want

I'm not big on frames but you need to fill them not leave them blank

text is good home page is fine but why go from the green background with lime text to black with white either stick with the black BG and lime or the green BG and lime personally i like the black BG and lime text "KISS"

Thanks for the opinions. The site is basically a folder tree. When you click on a folder on the left, the script looks for a file called !index.php to load automatically in the window on the right, much like autoexec.bat or something. All I have to do is add a folder via FTP and it updates the links automatically. I changed the color scheme recently so some of the colors are still old, i'm working on them though.

OK I noticed that the sign guestbook script had a bad link, i fixed it so you guys can sign it if you want.
