need cheap/decent video card

I plan to make the following system on a budget of about $800 us dollars ..with the 2500+ i plan to o/c to at least 3200+ (200*11), and if i get the unlocked one maybe (209*12).
aspire turbo case w/ 6 fans and pure 420w
aspire 609 fan master/ thermal monitor
abit nf7
corsair xms pc-3200 (512x2) 2-3-3-6 t1
xp 2500+
thermaltake extreme volcano 12

Can u help me pick a good video card, wanna pay less than 200 us dollars.

9600 xt is nice but for $202 you can get a 9700 pro from newegg or I just saw you could get a 5900xt

GameVE.com has got the BFG Asylum GeForce FX 5900 for only $170 /w shipping. Best bang for the buck right there.
