VGA reboots with game load

NEW THREAD,
I am working on a PC Chips/Xcel2000/PII The Xcel2000 Pentium II AT Motherboard has onboard 3D Sound Card and PCI 56K Modem. It also has Sharable Memory, which allows you to give amount you want to your video card. Supports 100Mhz bus and Intel Pentium II and Celeron Processors.
At present I am operating with a CEL-400Mhz, 96mb ram with win2k-pro.
The problem I have is all the drivers have been loaded correctly and no errors in device manager, when I load a game it processes through all the loading and then when it is about to play the computer reboots???
Not to informed on this board and it has taken some time to get it running.
Solutions=
1) canot run on win2k??
2) Need more ram??
3) Share more memory for viedo??

96 MB of RAM is real low.

Could be your problem.

I'd go with 256 or 512.

IMO

Not likely is there a problem with heating in this case, as he is going from an idle to non idle state, plus it's a celeron, if there is a fan on it, it's likely more than enough.
Ram maybe the issue here as windows 2000 is recommended atleast 128mb of ram to use at optimal.
Since it is slower, win2k probably doesn't have many services load up so that would help a little, but either there is something else making it unstable like maybe needing a new video driver or a patch to the game?
Also do you have the motherboard driver so to utilize the agp properly and be stable even if it is intergrated agp? Also would need the latest video driver if you can get it, it's best to use non windows drivers on things like motherboards and video cards.

if the system has run fine and all of the sudden it starting doing this then my guess is the power supply is starting to go . when you go into a 3d game the video draws more power than it does in 2d . the power supply can't do it and boom it resets .

that would be my guess .

Thanks for the replys,
Just a few notes - The CPU has a fan and it does not seem to be too hot (I will check vlt setting), This has a new power supply and I loaded the driver for the SiS 620 VGA.
An intresting piece is I can install a normal viedo card on the mobo allow windows to install and it works however slow.
Still puzzeled??
New ram is on the way
