'Peanut Linux' problems this time

Still on my search for a version of linux that I can get working properly.......

Anyways, I downloaded it, put it on a CD, and things were looking good. I used the partition tools the best I could. Then I somewhat installed. After about 2 minutes I get a screen that says "The computer will reboot then you need to....". Thats all I could catch of it. Instead of rebooting it returns me to the beginning install screen. So I rebooted myself. Nothing was saved, I have no new partitions, and now I'm back at the beginning.

I've done this twice

How do I get through the last part of the installation?

I'm starting to lose interest in learning about linux.

How many have you tried? I remember you had problems with Damn Small Linux getting to connect through a usb cable connection.
Maybe you should try Mandrake or Fedora and also check your hardware on thier compatibility lists. You've never described what kind of hardware you have. And that Terayon TJ615 does have an ethernet port. Get a cheap Realtek 8139-based nic and plug it in there, unless you already have a regular nic.

I am interested to know if you have tried the bigger name ones as well. Have you tried Mandrake, Red Hat, or SuSE. I recommend either Mandrake or SuSE.
