NT Server admin account

I am currently trying to set up a network with 4 computers. The main computer is using NT Server for the os. I cannot log on as an administrator because it will not let me. My account does not have admin capabilities. Is there anyway that I can find what the password is for the username: admin? Or is there anyway I can set up a new user name as an administrator?
