CVS problems

I've been having problems with logging into anonymous cvs.

For example:

cvs -dserver:anonymous@cvs.sourceforge.net:/cvsroot/azureus login

Then it gives me the correct responce:

Logging in to : pserver:anonymous@cvs.sourceforge.net:2401/cvsroot/azureu CVS password:

I then I hit enter, then it just times out.

Untill now I've never had any problems with CVS -- I think it may be something I set up in my firewall.

Any thoughts?

It was just a probem on the hardware router--the stupid thing doesnt allow individual port configuration. I guess I got spoiled by iptables.
