Annoying qttask

This is why I hate installing QT on my computer. I've gone into msconfig plenty of times to stop qttask from starting on bootup. But it doesn't work. It still automatically starts. Anyone know how to fix this for good?

I believe it's like RealOne Players new little app that auto connects. You can't get rid of it. Even if you delete it out of the Registry, it'll end up back in there.

I could be mistaken, but I believe it just started doing this w/ the latest QTime. I switched back to RealPalyer 8 just because of the auto connecting. I don't have QTime on my PC anymore either.

OuT had a link to some codec somewhere I believe that you didn't need QTime to view .mov files. I could be mistaken on that part as well.
