PCI 1.1 with USB?

hey I want to backup my laptop's harddrive onto this computer

Compaq deskpro 4000
128 ram
WIN 98se
PCI 1.1 :{

I NEED to put a usb pci card in it so I can use my USB pen drive with it... my problem is I dont know If a USB PCI card exists that works with PCI 1.1

anyone know of any?!?!

forget it.... i put in a new bios chip and updated the pci to 2.2... pci usb bard works now...... thanks for readin the post!
