dual raptors heat problems

I did a search on this forum and found that the wd raptors run hot especialy when you run then in the raid 0 setup. Is there any way i can help prevent this over heating eg a hard drive cooler. any sugestions on what to do. I am looking to get either a coolermaster wavemaster or a thermaltake Xaser III Super Tower Series and or the XaserV WinGo Series.

Check out Antec's aluminum Super LANBoy - dual 120MM fans (one LED in the front that blows air directly onto drives with a low-blockage grill) and another one in the back. I'm planning on getting it as it's $75 and the cooling is excellent. And it comes with a window!
