printer problem

I am trying to print a document from Adobe reader and I cannot do so. I get a message "If problem persists try choosing the RAW Spool data format on the properties of you printer." I don't see any place for spool changing

it would help if you posted what OS, printer, etc.

what version of acrobat too.

I got everything going again.. I think it is so cold here -8 and everything is slow until it warms up again--about June. Thanks a lot all of you
