Will ADSL modem work with ISDN?

The question shows that I'm novice in this area, right?

I have 3com ADSL PCI card/modem (3CP3617) and was wondering if it would work with ISDN telephone connection I just installed in my appt.
I'm in Germany right now and would prefer not to buy new modem if the one I have works.

I've heard some cards work for ISDN and DSL as well.

Thanks for advice.
