What's the newest mod?

I look around. I look around.

Is anyone doing anything new with their PC's? By new I mean something that hasn't already been done a million times. Don't talk about cold cath lights or led fans. Forget windows for a minute and put that wire looming down.

I'm looking for new ideas. I'm looking for that insane mod.

I've searched the net for new and interesting mods but the only thing that comes up are the same old things that have been done over and over.

So what is new and where is a person to go to find inspiration these days?

The best place to start is your own head. Anyone can buy cathodes and wire loom, but the great ideas start out from individuals. Pick a theme you really like and build your entire case around it. BTW, like your avatar.

More and more people today are fabricating their own cases from scratch. I am/was planning on doing this but I need to get the parts first.

Yup, people are pretty much stuck doing the same ol, same ol....

gotta think outside the box, do something no one has thought of before..

The hard thing is, modding has been around long enough now, it's hard to think of original ideas....really original ideas that is.

I'm thinking it's time to get the hydraulics going like the lowriders have....

lol i thought about doing a lowrider computer, but due to limited funds i passed. i was gonna use super bright LEDs for head lights and tail lights, hook up yellow ones for turnsignals and put them both to the hd activity (kinda like emergency flashers)

just fun stuff like that....

if you got real crazy and made it look like a car, you could put the mobo and stuff under the hood, and have one of the doors open up for the optical drives, and have intake fans on the bottom like wheels, and a sunroof on top (with exhaust fan of course)

ok now im just rambling
