will a light gun work with a plasma TV?

I don't think plasma screens have raster lines like the the crts. That's how the light guns works, using raster lines. Touch screens uses the same principal.

Rear projection tv's are ALL L.C.D's. A Metal Halide (super efficient and cool) light blasts the lcd screen from backside. A mirror reverses image (so its not backwards and upside down from the lense). THen a lens projects it forward to the screen which is a fiber optic and fresnel (hence the small viewing angle and darkness from sides). So NO it wont work there either. ONLY, and I mean ONLY CRT's work with light guns. I love my DC light gun. Nothing like blasting Zombie's all day!
