HELP PLEASE!!!

I have a Geforce4 Ti 4200 128Mb AGP
AMD Duron 1.3Ghz
512Mb of DDR RAM 333

And its the same with all my geforce cards i have just gotten this GeForce 4 i had a GeForce2 Ti be4 and its the same when i play quake it get fairly good fps like 120 but i get Tearing like a choppy line in the middle of my screen i have even entered the vsync command R_Swapinterval 1 and it made the choppy line go away and it looked smoother but my FPS stuck around 60 maybe 70 and like quake go int to a server with 20 maybe 30 people Takes more cpu and my FPS drops to about 40 maybe 20 and it gets laggy how can i fix this choppy graphics i have newest driver i have defragged formated everything i need HELP for anyone out their that can help me THANKS ALOT!

the latest drivers are made for FX line of cards. Role back to a 43.XX or 45.XX

ShawShank Thanks alot and anyone else who has helped! i got a 43.xx somthin lol it said it solved 3d gaming problems and stuff i been testing drivers out alday i am gonna play quake need to install it first see how it worked and if you dont mind whats you're name on AIM Yahoo or MSN maybe we can chat Peace!
